The gate entrance to Biltmore
Estates & Biltmore Inn
A view from the Biltmore Inn
(It was raining so I didn't get that many photos outside on my
visit.)
Outside the Biltmore Inn (see
the raindrops!)
Fireplace (replicas of what's
in the Biltmore House)
See how large the fireplace
is. I'm 5'1 (5'3 with the shoes I had on)
Inside the Biltmore Inn waiting
to go down for dinner.

Outside on the patio of Biltmore
Inn
Okay, I just had to share this
with you.

the Veranda at Biltmore Inn
View from the Biltmore Inn
Words can not explain how it
felt when I topped the hill (we walked from the parking lot)
and this castle Biltmore Estates came into view (although it
was still some ways away).
Biltmore Castle
This is the statue (there are
two of them) that flank the entrance of Biltmore Castle
Two lions (me and the statue).
He looks like he likes me ;-)

of
Biltmore Castle
This is out on the actual verdanda
at Biltmore Castle. You can't take photos inside the house.
And this is the scene you see
when out on the veranda at Biltmore Castle (still raining)
This is the most beautiful
garden. We drove through it and I stopped and took two pictures.
This is the conservatory and
parts of the garden.
This is the winery which one
time was the stables and then it was a dairy producing place.
The clock on the winery just
as it was when it was first done in 1895.
You can see some of the china
used by the Vanderbilt's in the background. I'm in the cellar
here.
I'm sorry, but I HAD to take
this picture. It's a McDonald's with real golden arches. I wish
you could see it the way it truly looks. Shiny, golden arches!
McDonald's y'all.
